Squerryes Brut

Pale lemon with bread, dough, apple, lemon, pear, hazelnut & honey on the nose. Nice balance of acidity and mouthfeel with creamy bubbles. Apple, pear, peach, lemon, toast, brioche, pastry & lime on the palate. Decent finish. Fresh & sharp but nice flavour intensity & with lovely mouthfeel. Really excellent and potential for further positive development in my view. First time drinking a wine from Squerryes, very impressed.
