2025-11 KoB #227 Lesser Grand Crus at Estelle (Estelle in Northcote) : Tasted blind. Hint of orange and browning. Much more developed nose than wine 1. Gravelly bitter edge. Developed and doesn't have enough length or drive.

Young and fresh. Stalky, red fruits, a real depth and power. Kept me coming back for more. Lovely and fresh and clean but deep. Very enjoyable, but a bit tight, which is quite fun in this case. Better after an hour, but good from first pour.
