Wow. This wine is fresh and bright with lemon and other citrus notes. Nice and round on the palate with lots of depth. it still has a good amout of acid. I really wish I had another bottle of this wine. This still has a few more years....

Aromatically a bit shy, but with air this is quite expressive and round on the palate. Lots of ripe orchard fruit, melons and mineral. Lush with good acidic spine. Good now, better in 3-5 years.

Medium to medium deep gold, nose is subtle, just a mild toasty nutty whiff - the palate, however, explodes with a rich, fresh, juicy goodness - rich and deeply flavourful, with toasty caramel notes, but then a rather thrilling acidity kicks in and it finishes with a roasted lemon kick, and a good finish- the combo of rich smoothness and fresh, laser focused acidity is quite remarkable - delicious!

Aging gracefully with lemon essence and plenty of citrus fruits, a fresh vanilla bean scrapings, mineral backbone, field flowers and elegant mouth feel.

No formal notes, but beautiful flavors of stewed orchard fruits and citrus. Great balance and nice energy for a 6 yr old. Still loaded and waiting to deliver. Enjoy now or in 10+ years.

The Diam cork predisposes me to blame to blame reduction for the tight, green New Zealand-like nose. This wine is fat on the palate and the oak does mitigate the herbaceous lime notes that linger on the palate.

Notes from day 1, bottle open for about 4 hours. Medium gold in color. Nose of citrus, grapefruit, herbs, some minerals. Palate of meyer lemons, heavy cream, little herb, and spice. The finish was average in length with a little heat noticed when warmed towards room temps. Overall the wine was a decent chard, bug not as minerally as I recalled the first time around. Memorial Day Weekend & Eyrie South Block Reserve Pinots (Willamette Valley, Oregon) : Very nice aromas here. Nice creaminess on the palate, which overall is very nicely textured. Pleasing, soft, and mellow. Riper acid and minerals dial up the intensity on thee finish. Nice and rich.

Steely and stoney with firm acid balanced ripe tree fruits. Subtle oak with a distinct cool climate style. Very good.
