Flint Vineyard Bacchus Fumé

Fermented and aged in old oak. Nettly nose, grapefruit and elderflower. Intense with long nutty finish. Really tastes like a high quality Sancerre. Has that mineral savoury quality. Also the sample I tried had been open for days but was fresh. Apparently this ages and goes like riesling. Very impressive.
