Very light, but not thin. Full taste, not overpowering. Much better with salmon, and better after breathing.

This was terrific. Fruity, light, and delicious. Raspberries, some cherry, and a little earth on the nose. Raspberry, tart cherry, and a little bitterness on the palate. Good acids. Not complex, not much finish, just tasty and fun. Needs to be chilled. Very easy to drink at 12.5% abv. Half a bottle just suddenly disappeared! 84-86
