Considering that this is Michael's and Lisa's first "public" Pinot, this is pretty good. Very smooth, not a strong nose or palate, some blackberry and honey, a hint of spice in the finish. This winery has been a wonderful discovery for us!

-- tasted a single pour at the Tasting Room -- Wax bean Nose is suggestive of slight oxidation. Ripe, and a bit more loose than I'd prefer. This one is a Pass for me. Drink Now if you are currently holding.

-- tasted a single pour non-blind at the tasting room -- -- popped and poured – Ripe, red-fruited Nose is expressive; hint of oxidation on the Nose, which is surprising because this was a pop-n-pour. Medium-light bodied. More delicate on the palate than I was expecting: red-fruited, hint of leather, and veers a touch earthy.
