Impressions consistent with previous note, though it has become more earthier with the additional cellaring, and has improved. Unfortunately, this was my last bottle so I will not be able to follow any further evolution.

Cherry cola, cranberries, sakura jam, blood orange, hint of oak. Not your typical Pinot - that much is clear. Ready now. Not sure if it will last much longer.

En liten produsent som lager kun 1000 flasker av denne særegenheten. Ulempen? Den er laget på på 100% Pinot Noir og modnet på amerikanske eikefat. I Toscana? Uhørt! Vinen er rik og leken på nesen, og gir en fiffig blanding av det litt jordlige og stallpreget som viner fra Sangiovese kan få, i lett blanding med leken rødbærsfrukt. Vinen er middels fyldig på paletten med lett syrlige leken kirsebærsfrukt, et fint lærpreg og noe jordsmonn. Ja. Dette fungerer. Dessverre. Morsom …

This nose is so wonderful. Great cherry cola, bitter dark chocolate and earthy notes. On the palate this wine has juicy acidity and rounded tannins. Such a great wine!
