N. Fat, a bit of chocolate, leather, cooked fruits, smoke, ham, conplex, T. An interesting salty note, sweet wood, a fruit-rum bowl, chocolate again, long finish, very nice finish, a bit of sex appeal :) Overall a bit to dark and to much into the face

This particular bottle needed a Vinturi, but once Vinturied, it really opened up to be lovely. Initially, some tight tannins.

Full bodied, rich wine. Very dominated by oak and vanilla. Still, a good Napa Cab for $35.

black currant, sweet tobacco, black cherries, leather, cocoa, baking spice, vanilla, loam and blue florals bang for your buck type of wine. im always curious if this is just leftover grapes from a bunch of vintners

Drinks very nice as a PNP and over the course of an hour. Lighter in the glass for a cabernet, with plenty of nice sweet clean fruit on the palate. Friends enjoyed, but did not think it was a Napa Cabernet, thought it was a blend.

Internet wine purchase. Not bad for the price.

Green pepper burned off after 25 minutes or so, to show as a nice easy drinking Napa Cab

Pretty classic Napa Cab. Initial oak that blew off quickly. Initially closed in but opened up after about 30 minutes. A bit of vegetative quality that also softened. All-in-all, not a bad value.

Nose has rich purple fruit, oak, vanilla, and cedar box. Soft, juicy ripe plum and black cherry fruit with a mineral backbone. Dried herbs and tacky tannins on the finish with lots of sweet oak.

For me, very similar to the Waterstone cab. Very nice aroma, dark color, full body, pleasant dark cherry flavors with some spice. Mild tannis, with flavors that linger for a minute or two..

This bargain Cabernet is still drinking well - less intense but more silky - about a year after I tasted it last (92 points - 1/18). Cherry red in color and medium in body, the wine offers a compelling profile of blueberry, cocoa powder, graphite, and cedar, with a grainy and lingering finish. Blend of 93% Cabernet, 4% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. 14.5% alcohol. If you can find a better Napa Cabernet for $35, please do tell, but the …

Stewed fruits is the first flavor after the aroma of fresh berries hits the nose. Elegant, yet and complex Napa Cab. Decent price. Deep, dark cherry red in color, medium in body. Blackberry liqueur, raspberry, cherry, coffee, leather and tobacco rolled into quite a nice wine. Second night (half-glass left in bottle was okay, but all the unique flavors had dissipated.

Delicious and smooth, easy to drink, maybe a bit too boozy for me. Evokes blueberry, violet, cedar.

Solid Cab. On the sweeter side, Napa style. Might be better in a couple of years, but drinks nicely now.

Just a stupid-good value. This flavor profile has a lot uncommon with Myriad’s basic Napa - not as intense or long lasting but also half the price. Really a pleasure.

Decided to give this a shot in light of the individuals involved with this wine and also the price point. Dark ruby fruit - blackberry, dark currants, dark cherry, and a little dark plum. Smooth mid-palate coupled with decent depth for the price point - medium body. Nice flavors of dark berries, a little mineral component, and a subtle old world flair. Solid finish but not overly long nor deep. Slow ox for a couple hours and drank out of …

Such a stellar project brought forth by Band of Vintners. Comprised of Mark Porembski, Stephane Vivier, Dan Petroski, Cameron Hobel, Barrett Anderson, Brennan Anderson, and Jason Heller, the BoV pulled strings, called in favors, worked their networks, and utilized their collective winemaking experience to produce this outstanding QPR selection. It’s classic Napa through-and-through with black currant, blackberry liqueur, fresh boysenberry, black cherry, damp violets, coffee, fresh leather, tobacco, and a flawless hint of vanilla and baking spices. This soft and …

Decanted for an hour. Some flavor, but it feels a bit "flat" to me. Kept waiting on flavor to arrive...

Really nice Napa Cab. Hard to completely describe because it is really complex without being really heavy. Full, but finessed. Interesting tannins. I would definitely buy again.

So interesting. On night one, it was a basic 90. Just fine. "Just another well made napa cab," I thought. Then HOLY MOTHER OF GOD night two. So flavorful without being heavy -- it's a joy to drink this. The mouthfeel is almost hilarious. The taste goes on for 12 full bars. Crazy value.

Great Napa Cab. Sometimes, a few words say it all. Lovely ruby/purple in color. Spice, subtle leather and forest floor on the nose. Great structure at first taste. Not jammy at all, which for some, may be a matter of preference. Cassis, blackberry, black cherry, graphite, caramel and cooking spice on the palate. Smooth tannins. It should age beautifully - not sure I'll have the patience. Good stuff.

This wine achieves what it sets out to do: provide a classy and complex Napa Cabernet at a (very) good price. Cherry red in color, medium in body, nose of boysenberry, leather, rosemary, and baking spices. Tastes of black cherry, graphite, gravel, and cedar, with a finish that carries some tannins (and will be silkier in a year or two). 14.5% alcohol. Blend of 93% Cabernet, 4% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. Improves with air. This is my first Consortium, …
