Garnet coloured with a brown tinge. A chianti type colour. Bouquet: Sweetness of stewed fruits. Smells like port, quite a bit of tannin in there. Rounded flavour...very early fruitiness but quickly dissipates into a slightly tannic ending. For a Canadian wine aged well (12 years). Drunk in Guernsey with a Canadian friend.
