Pale lime flesh in color Matchstick, petrol, lime zest off the nose. Fresh, vibrant, a little spritzy. Great acidity. Apples with a medium finish. This is just delicious as a light sipping wine. Britt friendly wine. Watching Smile 2. (Awesome flick)

Expressive nose with ripe citrus, stone fruit, tropical notes, mineral. Medium bodied, residual sugar provide some weight despite the low alcohol, medium finish. Drinks so nicely.

Second bottle of this wine this week which made a great precursor to the evening of reds which followed. The wine stands out for its freshness on both nose and palate with lovely fruit and mineral notes. Served well-chilled and needed about 30 minutes for the palate to fully open. A nice bead of acidity leads to a delicious, mouthwatering finish.

Very fresh nose with peach and tropical fruit at the fore and a beautiful slate note. Served well-chilled and needed about 30 minutes for the palate to fully open. Leans toward the sweeter side of the style although not over-the-top. A nice bead of acidity leads to a delicious, mouthwatering finish.

Light, bright lemon green in the glass. Vivid and expressive nose - peach, apricot, florals, citrus fruit (lime, lemon), green apple and a distinct wet stone/flinty note indicative of Mosel’s slate soils and consistent with Riesling. No obvious oak or malolactic fermentation (MLF). Just a hint of lees aging coming in forms of biscuit and yeast. Fermented at low temperatures (12-15°C) in stainless steel, emphasizing primary fruit flavors. Residual sugar (33 g/L) typical of Kabinett styles balances high acidity, offering …

Lots of vibrancy and acidity to the wine, bright and fresh. Long on the palate. A joy to taste again, really darn delicious.

During a walkabout tasting, so only brief impressions. A little sweetish, does not have the tension and minerality of the better Spätleses at this tasting. 89-90

Very nice Mosel Riesling. Super elegant and refined. Wonderful aromas of apricot and green apples underlined by the typical minerality and smokyness of Mosel slate. This wine has body and structure and extraordinary persisitance despite the fact that it is a rather "quiet" and light-footed wine. I recommend to drink it within the next 2-3 years.

Pleasant but too thin to my palate. The balance here doesn't strike a chord in my emotional repertoire.

Spicy, exotic spritz. Gewurztraminer-like hint, lychee, ginger? Recommended with cheese. Tasted at estate
