The medium intensity nose is flinty-minerally with stone fruit, lemon, grapefruit and citrus aromas. The medium-bodied palate is spicy with appealing stone fruit, citrus, and grapefruit flavours, plus some chamomile notes as 10% of this Sauvignon Blanc is aged in oak. Acids are juicy, crisp, clean and refreshing. Lovely spice and mineral notes longer on the long finish. Score: 90+ pts
