Wish I had taken more detailed notes on this last week, but in short, this was still hanging on nicely and showed a fairly Burgundian profile -- bright red fruits, a bit of orange peel, but plenty of earth and even a touch of merde. Nice acidity and balance. Surpassed expectations.
2003 vintage
