Brouwerij Boon Framboise (Raspberry) Lambic

Cloudy, pretty dark red color with a light purple hue and a very big, frothy, pink head. Quite robust and slightly funky nose with aromas of sour raspberries, aged malt character, some earthy notes and a hint of stables and barnyard. Dry, sharp and sour on the palate with flavors of raspberry, funky barnyard, some savory malt notes and a hint of salinity.
