Pnp. Purple red hue. Reticent dried flowers and mint on the nose getting bolder with time in the glass. Medium (-) body with balanced tannins and acidity however. Not the most expressive wine and certainly not a typical syrah by old world standards. Enjoyable and easy drinking it was over before long. Next time I will give it a longer air time.

The wifey was asking for a glass on a Wednesday and I opened this in haste. Left out of town the next morning only to pull this the following Monday. This wine not only held up but developed some amazing characteristics over a 5 day slow ox in the cellar. Amazing QPR. Hold for 3-5 and enjoy! 94

Consumed over a few days. No where near a drinking window that I would recommend. This was my first bottle from Piedrasassi so I wanted to check in. Great purity of fruit at a friendly price. Some great winemakers working with Syrah’s coming from Bien Nacido and White Hawk 2020. Keplinger, Kinsman, Peschon… I’m sure each one will have a unique expression. Hold.
