rich citrous zest, honeyed. also some reductiveness, flinty, quite some depth. nice nose. on palate dry, rich, honeyed citrous fruits, lemons, grapefruits, peach. again some flintiness, slight reductive funk. rich palate, med+ body. citrous zest, apricots. ripe peach. a bit of white sweet gummy bears. nuts, petrol, also noticeable.

Maracuja, Mineralik (leichtes Petrol)

Austrian Rieslings (Domäne Wachau, Dürnstein, Austria) : Flight 3, Wine 3: Spontaneous fermentation. Medium lemon colour. Stone fruit (dried and fresh), ripe citrus, some honey, and some petrol, with well-integrated acidity, and superb length of the lightly spicy finish. Medium-bodied. Well-balanced, clean, and fresh. In a good place!

Starting to get a little more gold in color, clear and nose of lemon, lemon curd, bright citrus, some herbal notes, minerality. Bright acidity, citrus, minerality, flint, but the flavors are so distinct this is a beautifully slightly aged dry Riesling. Really exceeds the price point. Tasted at seminar a few months ago and just as good if not better than remembered. Would drink now but of course still has life left.
