Richard notes the long, spicy finish coupled with the singing acidity and texture. Alone with it: very dry, complicated, unique, something to figure out: cocktail with an intellegent friend.

Its very ribolla. Round and fat on the mid palate.

as on day 1, day 2 shows very quietly. very texturally forward of a wine. makes me think of a quiet queen somewhere. much rounder than either of the pinot grigios from pecorari. subtle lady's perfume. this wine seems to have all of its clothes on right now. and that's not really so charming.

The low fruit expression gives way to much minerality. Almost a Chablis likeness to the wine. Lively finish. A quiet wine, in the best possible way. Well done at $17.

damn, this is cold wine. let's have it come lose it's cool. ok, much more precise acid than the other pecorari whites. mineral precision with a breath of soft meadow's breath.
