Deep golden. First pour was a bit cloudy, but the rest was decanted and was crystalline. Notes of curry, nuts, with hint of cheesiness. Bracing acidity, with a lovely lingering finish that accentuated a touch of yellow fruit/caramel. Superb. (At Auberge de la Poutre, Bonlieu.)
