I'm not a great judge of fizz as I'm not its biggest fan but ....... All 3 of us liked this. I'd describe it as all round restrained, nothing overdone or out of balance. Good. I'd buy this again.

Beaming with red fruits and great balance. The mousse is outstanding, it’s full on but yet still elegant and not over the top with thousands of tiny little bubbles. This matches Perrier-Joet rose champagne and beats other Rose Champagnes.
