Blind tasted at GuildSomm class. Green peppers, cat pee, gooseberry, very aromatic, grapefruit, citrus, very tart with high acidity. On the nose you think it's New Zealand, but then the palate shows Sancerre with subdued fruit.

Really soft and mellow for a Sauvignon Blanc even from the Loire. The nose is floral with sweetened Myers lemon, very mild lemongrass and ripe pear. A little darker yellow color than typical. The approach is super smooth and rounded with a mouth coating viscosity quite heavy for a Sauvignon Blanc.
