Peju Province Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Persephone Vineyard

Beautifully developed mature cab. The fruit notes linger well on the pallette, the wet oak notes and creamy mouth feel show this wine well. Balanced in taste and texture a lovely cab showing the quality with which it was made. Before the super big purple monsters, this is the cab everyone is looking for. This got 2-3 hours of slow ox before diving in, paired along side prime rib, this was a fantastic cab. Still lots of fruit with wonderful structure left in this wine. I've got just 1 bottle left but am not going to make it a priority to drink anytime soon.

Fantastic full body Cab!

At about 45 mins this really filled out... nice balance of dust with some dark fruit & spice.. med+ body when it opened up.
