Straw yellow, bordering on white color. Nose of green apple, crushed/liquified rock, white flowers, and a hint of lemon and honey. On the palate, green apple, minerals, and gardenia blossoms rule. Finish is good. Will be paired with "Greek-Style" broiled Snapper tonight and should be a great pairing.

My local wine merchant wasn't wrong. This is seriously good white wine for a laughably low price. Pears, citrus, and loads of minerality. Just a lovely wine that I believe has a few years left in the tank to improve and round out. Lovely.
