Last sipped two years ago. Please we waited as she continues to improve with age. A Portuguese Syrah from the "Hill of Gold", we enjoyed the slightly peppery and leathery nose that finished with powerful tannins of chocolate and liquorice. It will continue to develop, but is drinking beautifully now. When paired with spicy Sichuan noodles, well, magic!
