Better than an earlier bottle I tried. Big, rich, smooth, earthy, balanced. The additional bottle age has served this wine nicely allowing some of the fruit to integrate better. 89++

Decent for a $20 pinot, but used mainly for cooking

Seems carbonic and under ripe. More crunchy red fruit, light in body. Gained a little weight with air but never quite got past "fine" to "good"

Too “delicate” for my palate. Kept trying and failing to find flavor.

Delicate and stylish, but underripe. Could have used a bit more time on the vine. A nice, very light Pinot though. Pair with lighter food.

I liked this much better than a recently tasted Syrah from the same winery. While this one still suffered from a heavy dolop of blueberry, this field blend had other dimensions that extended the fruit profile(s), added earthy savory flavors and found a little minerality to create a backbone. Still not an amazing wine or anything - just nicer than their Syrah.

Nice forward red fruits. Almost jammy but just bold and fresh. A touch of that carbonic thing. That doesn't exactly fade overnight unfortunately. This is supposed to be design I've learned. There is a famous winemaker that does it in N Rhone so why not doing it with everything I guess? 2018 was a tremendous vintage in CA for Zinfandel and likely any red. So this feels like a missed opportunity. Like it would be better to experiment off the …

Popped and poured. Medium purple color. Strawberries and peppery/earthy notes on the nose along with some salty licorice. Palate is more straightforward red fruit, specifically field strawberries with some hints of pepper. Very good sipper, but lacking in complexity and perhaps slightly disjointed with most of the power at the mid-palate and Less so in finish and length. Drank from Zalto Universals

This is light but long, with lovely rosy hints around the central core of barely-ripe strawberry and rhubarb. Minerally and pure through the aftertaste.

Fabulous. Pulled cork about 30 minutes before dinner; first glass was a bit muted but this opened up quickly. Very pale in glass, color of cranberry and faded autumn leaves. Nose is fantastic, very layered. At first it is tart red fruits (cranberry, slightly underripe strawberry, Rainer cherry) but with further time in glass it offers fresh cigar wrapper, baking spice, some forest floor, crushed pine needles. Palate is medium bodied and lengthy. A solid value at the price.

Aromatic raspberry and earth, with spicy middleweight flavors of wild strawberries and a beautiful acid streak. A wine that you just want to keep smelling and sipping.

Young and fresh w/ low acidity. Simple juice. Pleasant.

Surprisingly restrained fruit, and good balance overall; felt quite grown up compared to some US pinots. I like the kids friendly fruit of the other ones, too, but sometimes it's nice to play at being an adult.

Tart cranberry, hints of smoke, burned leaves and a touch of graphite. Bright acidity and nice balance. It’s a recognizable profile, but has a real sense of purity and finesse that makes it stand apart from a more average wine.

Tart and bright with good (but not overwhelming) acidity and good length. Should work with whatever Tanksgiving can throw at it! Decent QPR at $20.
