Really enjoyed this, nice touch of sweet with fresh flower, honey, apples, tight bubbles refreshing on the palate but the fruit hangs on finish nicely.

Tasty and unique. Quite dry, but with more pronounced fruit that you'd find in many sparklers. Green apple, melon and lemon notes. Very vigorous bubbles. Enjoyable.
