Chloe, Pinot Grigio, Valdadige

Given the "supermarket" product positioning, I had very low expectations going in, but it wasn't quite as bad as I was expecting! Spicy, tropical banana and floral aromas on the nose, with mixed tropical fruits on the palate. Tends to be fat and sweet, but this quaffer probably has some mass appeal for the backyard guzzler crowd! :-) Pass for me.

Huge floral aromas, not a single flavor typical of Pinot Grigio grape. Reminds me of rotting flowers both in aroma and palate, and has a lingering sweetness that reminds me of eating a hibiscus. Destined for the hole in the bottom of the sink, we couldn't drink a quarter-glass. Harkens back to when Italy was known for bad white wines. YUK!

Ann likes it. She said it is a bit sharper than she is used to but good.
