Glad I tried it, but not an every day wine. Heavy viscosity, but unique enough to keep it interesting. Enjoyable,but more fun as an experiment.

M/M thelostverse's Anniversary Dinner (Topolobampo, Chicago) : Pale color. Aromas of lemon, minerals, flowers and dried grasses. Flavors of apple, florals, citrus and white peach with bright acidity. A nice pairing as the wine tones down the garlic and balances the flavors in the dish.

A four-star winner from the OC Fair, this is an intersting Viognier wiith more brightness gthan sugar. It held up well through a variety of dishes, many with a Latin flair. Clean finish. A keeper!
