Rose and sausages (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : medium minus intensity aromas of a little cherry fruit lozenge with a savoury slightly meaty underpin. Medium plus intensity acidity is juicy, quite fleshy, touch of residual sugar, clean. Fruit a touch anonymous. Hmm.
