Fantastic burg. Forest floor, truffle, mushroom, cherry, raspberry, vibrant acidity, very well balanced. A little funk to it, which I like.

Punches way above most Marsannay. Still very dark, quite powerful with black cherry and some plums. The minerality softens this a bit, lacking the ferrous punch that serious Cote de Nuits have, leading to an almost velvety palate and nice powdery tannins. Excellent.

Superb value, with a massive whack of terroir here. Lots of black fruits but layered over a soily, gritty, earthy base - it smells like damp soil and dirt and the touch of the winemaker. Great stuff.

Nice nose, darker cooler and mineral side of Burgundian Pinot noir but very inviting and has good richness; good flavour, nice tension. A lovely example of accessible Nuits. Refreshing and ready to go.

Classic Cote de Nuits nose, darker, earthier than wines from further south as you'd expect from Marsannay. Really very good, lovely aromas here; good flavour on the palate, dark and enticing. Very typical. Very nice indeed. Excellent Marsannay.

Aromatic cooking spices alongside dark Pinot noir fruits. Rich and impressive; smooth, lovely texture. Bright acidity, very fresh. Good structure.
