Had the special treat of trying this wine from their 187ml bottles. It was everything that was mentioned before and much more! Still aging well, too. Great things do come in small sizes. Santé!

Previous note from August (not mine) really says nothing about this wine other than it apparently has an apricot note (which it doesn't). This wine has a slight earthy, slightly grassy note. And that's not a bad thing, but it is 'a thing' for some. Note of lemon oil, tart yellow fruit, honeysuckle and kiwi. The Calais TX Blanc is a white wine cuvée of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon from Dell Valley Vineyards in the foothills of the Guadalupe Mountains in Far West Texas.
