Il Soave Preview 2013 (Castelcerino, Soave, Italy) : The nose was a bit petrolic, showed a strong volcanic imprint and quite a lot of green bananas. For my taste a bit out of balance right now. The taste was far softer and more fruitful. Perhaps a bit fat. Palate was far mor convincing and substantial than the nose (strange, in most cases it was the other way around).
