Perfect bottle. Dark, deep, carmine red. Young. Red and dark fruit, cassis, dark cherries, a bit "medecinal". A bit extracted. Some liqourice, coffee, plum, cassis, menthe. Quite good grip, nice acidity and the tannins are not to tough. Quite long, good finish, liqourice and herbs in the aftertaste. A bit bitter in the end. The alcohol of 13,5 % doesn't bother me. Stays in the back. Best after 12 h in decanter.

Tasted blind. Very difficult to pin down grape or blend. Youthful, aromatic red, perfumed red fruits with a floral, exotic scent reminiscent of Primitivo /Zin. Tight on the palate, a lot of acidity and tannin, dense, foursquare fruit. Decent finish, another whack of acidity. Needs time to get into shape. Guessed young Nebbiolo. Dead wrong. 60% Merlot with the remainder C.S. / C.F / Syrah.
