Very expressive dry Gewürztraminer that was harvested very late in autumn and shows clear notes of Botrytis that mix with the floral and spicy elements of the grape variety. Flavors of honey, melon, yellow stone fruits, rose pedals and asian spices, well integrated high quality oak, low acidity, an oily texture and a mineral freshness. A unique style, a bit tricky with food, but it is an excellent wine without any sign of age yet. Should hold well for years. …
