Rustenberg Roussanne

Full-bodied and fresh. I do like the aniseed character, glycerol and lemony freshness but sadly the alcohol is too prominent by perhaps 1/2 a degree.

-- popped and poured -- -- tasted a couple glasses non-blind over approx. one hour -- Clear. Yellow pastel color. Nose is moderately expressive, and is dominated by a green apple aroma. Medium-light bodied on the palate, with lots of mineral. 15% alc. can be tasted. Alcohol presence is too much for me to consider buying again.
