Tonight, Pam used this to make Bellini's, and it was absolutely perfect. Why use a good bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine when it is going to be mixed? A taste of the bubbly before hand revealed typical Chardonnay aromas, of sweet citrus, lemon, lime, and a hint of mint. The palate revealed more lemon and citrus flavors, with the faintest hint of pineapple and green apple. For under $8, this is a good sparkling to use as a mixer …
