Patrizi Nebbiolo d'Alba

Dark red fruit, cherries and raspberries. A little dirt and tobacco. Medium high tannins. It was nice with my ratatouille. I would only buy again only if I was having a heavy tomato based italian meal. Update: 5 days later- the tannins were more pronounced and the fruit less prominent. I would buy at the right price for a heavy tomato based meal but wouldn’t seek out instead I would try another Italian red.
