Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon Elgin's Crossing

Riddoch tasting (Dan Murphy's, Lane Cove) : Medium minus intensity aromas are perfumed, a little clay/earth, muted cedar, a little mint, muted black over red currant with an almost garrigue note. Medium plus intensity acidity, blackcurrant fruit, touch of mint, chewy tannins are dying, grippy but sit on the front of the palate, a little cedar.

Not sure if it's the best Cab Sav in the world, but it's drinking very nicely now and will undoubtably improve with time.
