Tasted this at the Decanted Fine Wine Encounter Singapore: Grand Tasting, held at the Shangri-La Singapore. Made with 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Rolle and 5% Cinsault. Peach-pink in colour, with notes of fresh watermelon juices mixed with some berries and a splash of minerals. A thirst-quenching drink.

From magnum but by the glass, so it could’ve been open a minute. Smells of peach, strawberry toothpaste, and a touch of yoghurt. There is some hay and butter. River rocks, too. It’s ok but not overly complex. On the palate, the alcohol seems a little high. There are cranberries, nectarines, redcurrant and breadiness. The finish is medium. 8/18

Pale salmon. Strawberry, peach, citrus, watermelon on the nose. Cream and nutty flavors on the palate. Light body and balanced acidity. A smooth and refreshing summer rosé. Visited Château Minuty last summer. They offer fun, walk-in tastings right outside of St. Tropez.

Very pale color, almost watery appearance with a tinge of pink in the glass. Subtle mineral and red berries on the nose. Medium bodied, dry, very crisp and refreshing, showing subtle tart red berries with mineral notes and great acidic structure. This was just perfectly balanced and a great match with the meatball-/tomatopasta at Les Colonnes in Biarritz. One of the best rosés I had.
