Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur Meursault 1er Cru Charmes

Opened January 15th, 2026. I really like this producer for both its reds and now its whites. Really nice Mersault, it's well balanced. Good acidity, good concentration, nice minerality, oily in a good way. Not the last time I buy this. This can age as well, but I would have no problem drinking it now when it's fresh and delicious already.

From En Primeur sample bottle tried 6 months later. Réductive nose. Clean lemon along with burnt match and flint on finish. Complexity and freshness. Touch of butter on finish too.
