From a bottle purchased a few years ago. Bready nose, fruity and bright on the palate, with a mineral laden finish. Quite a pleasure.

A very basic champagne that lacks acidity and has a little touch of burnt sugar.

A good champagne. Medium dry, with a smooth finish. Would not buy again

My first thought was apple pie. There's the apple along with some cinnamon spice. This is a light to medium bodied Champagne that finishes dry. This is a good fruit forward Champagne that arguably gives one their money's worth.

Delicate with lots of bright fruit: apricots, lemon, crunchy pears. Refreshing and seemingly made to accompany food, finishing with lively, lemony acidity.

An older version approximately 4-5 years. Intense acidic bubbles, vanilla caramel apple, very juicy, sweetish but nice balance with acidity and engaging bubbles. Not very elegant or subtle though but definitely delivers and is fun especially for a low price.

Lunch at Tang Yun (Tang Yun, Tanglin Club, Singapore) : I enjoyed this. Quite a vinous champagne, it showed notes of lemons and green apple on the nose, then a little hint of florals and mineral. The palate was decent. Simple, but pleasing, with a tame mousse and decent balance to the its juicy flavours of lemons and green apples, again with a little hint of mineral trialing into the finish. What I liked about this is how together it …

Toasty champagne with notes of baked bread, cream and a hint of citrus. Enjoyable.

Entry level bubbles with a good price performance... tried the first time in paris and didnt quite make the cut but lately it grew on me... This is the latest iteration... probably 16/17 base... They basically are all quite similar though. Nice yeasty nose. Not very complex and deep but nice mouth feel and pleasant not aggressive bubbles. Mostly citrus and yeast flavours. Dosage is borderline a tad too sweet now but the acidity still seems to keep it in …

Not the most elegant, but still tasty. Very ripe red apple, lemon, toast, and yeast aromas. Mushy applesauce flavor with a squeeze of fresh lemon on top and a pleasant mineral finish. A little bit too acidic and the fruit is a little bit too mushy for my taste. Lacking something special — I probably won’t buy again.

Pale yellow, less effervescent than my usual ‘bubblies’. Muted nose, slight yeast and mineral notes. Initial taste of apple, light acidity, smooth finish. Pleasant drinker, not too exciting but worth the ~20 CHF that I paid on special.

Much more minerality than the Lanson we drank first.

Bouteille torsadée, pas vraiment de bon goût mais le contenu est intéressant! Assez levuré et frais, belle prestance, de la mie de pain et des citrons confits avec une belle dose de minéraux. Court en finale mais sans accroc.

Fruity with just a hint of brioche. Slightly lower acidity than other champagnes I've had. Very nice!

- Light gold color - Great champagne. Dry with some fruit flavors. Medium bubbles.

This champagne smells delightful and has a very smooth flavor that doesn't negate or echo the smell. I taste some almond with what I'd describe as a smooth balance of acidity and sweet, leaving the champagne balance for any food! Delicious!
