A blend of wines from all three soil types in Sancerre, organic viticulture, "vinification sans intrant" except for a small dose of sulphur at bottling, 13% ABV. Supple and juicy style, succulent fruit (pink grapefruit, peach) and flint, subtle pyrazines, easy-going, soft acidity but lovely minerally energy, good persistence and length. Ripe but elegant and playful.
