Santa Ynez Valley Winery Sauvignon Blanc

Some grapefruit on the nose plus lots of fruit. Not much acidity on the front end. Grapefruit and granite dominate with a bit of grass. Lots of fruit here for a dry Sauv Blanc. Acidity comes through on the back end. Overall a nice easy drinker. Not bad at all for the price.

A little better the second night. Golden yellow color. A little darker than most Sauv Blancs. Make me think it's seen some oak but I don't really taste it so I'm not sure. Nose tightened up a bit. Grass is a little more forward while the stone and grapefruit have toned down some. Still not alot of acidity but very enjoyable.
