(15/20) Interesting wine! I expected a nice terrace wine, but this is a gastronomic wine. Complex, and quite concentrated. 100% Vermentino, fermented and aged for 6 months in concrete tanks. Medium intense aromas of white peach, tangerine, white grapefruit, ginger, blossom, fennel, almond, wet stone, flint. Dry wine, medium acidity, medium body, medium+ flavour intensity, medium+ length finish. 13,5% ABV - €13,95 @ Aarts wijnen

En-Primeur campaign for the 2021 vintage; 4/25/2022-4/29/2022 (Bordeaux) : Very Vermentino nose but fresher and cooler than the Sardinians I looked at a few weeks ago; obviously this is from a cooler than we tasted as I’m at a wine bar as well which probably has an impact: Hands clamped, and wine swirled.
