Medium yellow color. A bouquet of white flowers, lime, ocean breeze and wet stones. Has just started to move. Yellow and white fruits on the palate with good depth, salt and citrus. Very pure with great cut. Still primary with maybe just a whiff of spices on the back, but this has just entered its drinking window which will be long. Friday night at home.

Deep gold-bronze color (troubling, but age-appropriate). Aromas of lemon oil, some varnish, acacia, bit of honey. Palate is fully mature in a good way - preserved lemon, honey, nut, and mineral carry into a medium-long finish. Great with lobster dip and crab-stuffed branzino. Drink.

Medium-deep gold color. Aroma of lemon balm, pine, sweet vanilla flower, and lemon. Palate has strong preserved lemon character with some unripe peach and pear notes that come in on the medium-long finish. The lasting palate impression is one of stoniness that I would write "granite" to characterize. Leaves a saline impression on the palate for minutes. Surprising how this presents itself given the color but no premox at all here. A bit dumb at the moment but showing promise …

PnP. Medium greenish gold. Classic nose of sea salt, limestone, and citrus. Medium weight on the palate, very clean flavors, and a nice acidic kick on the finish. This is classic Chablis and drinking well at age 11; no signs of pre-mox.

Full yellow. Honey and citrus with a dash of oyster shell. Medium weight, quite glycerine. Candied citrus peel followed by zippy acidity and some soil. It doesn't have the intensity or class of the best Montée de Tonnerre, but my gosh, one can hardly complain about this wine, which is in excellent form at age 11. Another pleasant surprise from an inadvertently buried bottle.

Deep golden colour in the glass. Lemon curd, yeasty bread and hints of tropical fruit provide an immersive bouquet with honey suckle, pear and stone fruit enveloping the palate. Nice acidity and subtle minerality provides balance to the mature fruit notes. 30 second finish on this well aged and wonderfully drinking Chablis.

This wine was great with deep fried Halibut. Crisp and bright. The color is starting to darken. Did not detect oxidation but the darker color is always a reason for concern.

Pale yellow-straw color. Light body, but a heady Chablis, with amazing purity of fruit. Subtle spices with a exciting mineral core. Delicious; recommended. No reason to wait.

PnP. Medium light gold. Forward classic Chablis nose of sea air, citrus, and limestone. Medium weight on the palate with clean flavors echoing the nose; acidity has clearly receded and this is quite easy to drink. Might have expected a bit more intensity and length. Nice.

Fully mature if not a bit advanced, with a bruised green apple aroma and banana-nut bread taking over from lemon poppyseed on the palate alongside a solid stony Chablis core. Medium+ finish with echoes of walnut and pear. Plenty of breadth and impact, but losing its distinction IMO. Drink now.
