pale salmon and with a shy nose of strawberry and red apples accented with fresh garden herbs and a quasi-tropical whiff. dry, fresh and structured in the mouth, with zingy and crunchy red fruit laced with bitter herbs. good length with a clean raspberry note. this can drink for a handful of years. 12.7% AbV; blend of 58% Mataro (Mourvèdre); 33% Cinsault; 9% Grenache; three-hours skin contact prior to pressing and co-fermentation; two-months' ageing on the lees.
