Roussanne and Gruner. Fermented in concrete, and stainless steel. Native yeast fermentation and unfiltered. Slightly hazy, pale straw. Reductive, earthy and mineral nose of medium intensity. Really comes alive on the palate, however, with tart, crunchy green apple, grapefruit and a stony saline finish. Med (+) acidity and med (-) alcohol (11.74% ). Med body, flavor intensity and length. A very versatile patio pounder, it is better consumed young and slightly chilled.
