N: Lemon and grapefruit with some minerality and light oak T: Green apple and stone fruit with plenty of mineral and a hint of vanilla. Crisp acidity with medium finish with a hint of spice. Lightly oaked. Resembles Bourgogne Blanc style than California. F: Carbonara S: $15 (Windbid), Amazing QPR. distinctive style from usual CA wine. Not too buttery and complex with a minimum oak influence yet still has plenty of fruits.

Light yellow in color with a golden hue. Light nose of citrus, vanilla, light oak, spices and yellow apples. Full bodied, buttery and soft, with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with light oak and vanilla, citrus, lemons, grapefruits, herbs, earth, spices and white pepper. Medium plus on the finish with bitter almonds and black pepper. Clear pale lemon yellow. Flagrant and clean nose with white flowers, lemon curd, lychees and baked apples. Medium plus acidity (7/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Well rounded and smooth with a creamy texture. Flavors of butterscotch, green apples, melon, peaches and flint. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2027.
