Les Vins Breban Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Domaine de la Chapelle St. Victor

I liked, but was not impressed with this wine several months ago. This time I put it in my "must buy again " list. Enjoyed its lightness, acidity and strawberry undertones. It was balanced. Hate to use the term elegant, but with its salmon coloration and profile, it kind of fits the bill.

first night a little too acidic. day 2, it's softened, hints of strawberry, kiwi touch of green apple. nice finish, decent qpr.

Very pale, nicely balanced. Good summer drinking over multiple nights with grilled padrone peppers, etc.

I'll second PDEV's notes.

pink grapefruit, lemon zest, chalky mineral. palate shows a touch of strawberry with lovely zesty acid. finishes watermelon/sour apple jolly rancher.
