Oxidized

Seemed a little oxidised with an acidic finish to start. Needed air. Much better after 30-60 mins. The slight oxidative note remained but was much cleaner and knitted together well. Touch of Chablis seawater too Even held up to the next day. Obscure part of Burgundy but great producer. Def more Chablis than Cote d'Or.

Pulled from the cellar a little randomly and did not realize that this was my only bottle. Tasted like it has some age (which it does). Yellower fruits with some good citrus and I agree with others that there are some very green notes- celery and asparagus - with some honey on the back. I love Goisot wines for what they do at their price point. Really good interesting wine. Wish that this was not my last bottle.

Opened with trepidation as last bottle, not long ago was premoxed. This one was delicious. Deeper yellow in glass. Lovely rich citrus, yellow fruit, floral, light minerality on nose and palate. Opened further as it warmed a bit. Pear, honey, lightest peach/nectarine. Great balance with ample acidity to complement the fruit. Supple on the palate, with a nice caress on a moderately long finish. Not an edgy Cotes d'Auxerre anymore but the mature delight of Burgundy/Chablis premier cru. Interesting to …

Premoxed, too bad. Have had tough luck with Goisot, comparatively, with early demise.

Consistent with my note from 2015. Deliciously green, a little buttery softness is possibly new. This is an underrated producer in my opinion.

Agree with Jeremy Holmes that this is quite green with celery, asparagus, unripe pear and spiciness and will add that this has some serious minerality to it. That word gets thrown around a lot but here it is really true, seriously chalky. Chablis 1er Cru impersonator. Quite good!

Quite green with some lilly stalk, pot pouri and celery notes. It is lean, minerally and linear. If you are terrified of the colour green stay away. If you like tart, mineral, spice, cool fruit and some plant matter then you may dig this.

D'après mon caviste il s'agit là d'une version non boisée : en tout cas il donne vraiment envie de goûter la version boisée tant la matière est noble, beaucoup de fruit, belle maturité, joli gras...
