Retaining its freshness and minerality well - nonetheless drink up this year and move on a vintage or two.

Very good typicality with a touch more depth than the "original" more than compensated for by a crisp citrus zesty acidity and minerality. Intrinsically a simple wine showing off at its best - excellent value (bonus point). Drink up over the next twelve months.

Really, really good! Beautifully varietal, with super concentration and balance. Mineral and herbal, with a slight whiff of gun smoke. Very classy, and a fine foil to the rich langoustine Risotto.

Subtle nose of apple and citrus flavors. Medium bodied, dry with rather crispy acidity, showing a bit of grapefruit and apple. The palate was a bit unfocused though. Nice firm and dry style. Nothing extraordinary about it that would justify a price of 20€ for a bottle.
