clearer on the nose than Bellen! Beautifully aromatic, bubble gum, green grapes, gooseberry. Very pure, very pretty on the nose. Silky, but slender palate. Lychee, peach, pear, lemon. Beautiful. A great wine, but I like the rustic edge of Bellen just a bit more…

Elderflower, pineapple, fleshy peach, a bit of matchstick on the nose. Very refined! Juicy, clean palate. Melon, pineapple, slightly woolly, elderflower. Beautiful.

Pretty much agree with the two previous notes. This wine is great and has beautiful saline nature that makes it very interesting in my opinion. Unusual for Pinot Blanc in a good way.

Nose is initially muted, but detected is some apple, wax, citrus and wet stones. Palate is at first very fresh with a straight and very fine integrated acidity. Midpalate is creamy and lush with a firm texture. Spectacular saline aftertaste which is unexpectly long for Pinot Blanc. This felt very much like a Blanc de Blanc Champagne as a still wine. Very impressive.

Oxidized!

My first time tasting any wine from Wasenhaus -- I'm a big fan of this! Lovely acidity and bright citrus fruit. Super refreshing wine -- adult lemonade vibes... but in the best way possible.

Fragrant and expressive nose with white flowers, lemon, pear, and a hint of riper fruit. Nice acidity with more lemon notes, minerals, and lemon zest on the palate. Long finish. Really pretty and well made wine that drinks beautifully right now but will definitely improve with age. 94+

This was my first top end bottle of Wasenhaus Weissburgunder and all I can say is wow. This was without a doubt one of the single best bottles of Weissburgunder/Pinot Blanc/Pinot Bianco that I have ever had. This was full of class and showed notes of waxy apples, rainier cherries, lemon curd, a touch of earthy spice, smoke, and honeyed brioche. 刚开瓶有一些植物和植物香料味，像是新鲜的欧芹、龙篙、薄荷和一点刚割过的草本，主体果味还不显，以甜玉米、玉米乳还有些蒸软的米饭为主，收尾还有小时候会吃的干脆面味。入口酒体饱满细致，集中度高，酸度立体，覆盖在口腔的表面上，整个结构支撑得不错，但是酒液同口腔触感则绵密。果味还被包在烤奶油玉米之类的桶味中，收尾的矿物星星点点，收尾长。 随着醒酒，大概在一个小时左右果味开始露其真容，十分新鲜的脆梨、苹果和柑橘，带着一点酵母味，闻起来像香槟，中后段有些马鞭草、薄荷之类的新鲜香草味，白花香绽放飘摇，使桶带来的奶油烤玉米味多了不少层次，香气层次感不错，有轻盈感，也很干净。口感变得更扎实些，能感觉到轻轻萃取感带来的口腔酥麻，似薄纱。梨子、柑橘、油桃等果味更加明晰，饱满而干净，后段有矿物感，余味长。 一个半小时到两个小时左右，香气中出现了不少洋甘菊和白花香，此时梨子、苹果等果味与爆米花和奶油玉米等桶味交织在一起，通体又颇为澄清。口感一直保持干净强势的状态。93+/100

Nice, but surprisingly soft and sedate. Good acidic structure and a nice mineral-lite core. Soft nose with white strawberries and slightly nut oil. Nice caressing finish. A good wine, but not particularly special.

Glas Josephinenhuette no3. Still hung but is drinking very well after in touch with air for about 30min. Apple, peach, nuts & herbs & minerality - nice acid and cream. One of the best German white burgundy I had so far.
